俄官员：俄罗斯坚持欧佩克协议不会影响勘探计划电声配件

中国石化新闻网讯 据俄罗斯卫星新闻网12月6日莫斯科报道，俄罗斯自然资源部长谢尔盖?顿斯科伊周二（6日）在莫斯科接受俄罗斯媒体记者采访时表示，俄罗斯根据与欧佩克达成的一项协议框架可能减少石油产量将不会影响俄罗斯油气公司进行勘探作业的计划。

11月30日，欧佩克自2008年以来首次同意强加一个日产3250万桶的石油产量上限来稳定全球石油市场和提高油价。包括俄罗斯在内的已表示希望参加这项协议的非欧佩克产油国预计将每天削减60万桶来减少石油产量。

顿斯科伊对记者说：“事实上，由于目前的勘探作业量是长期的，电表箱因此，这项减产协议应该不会影响勘探计划。也就是说，目前正在进行的勘探作业将不会影响明年的勘探计划。”

Possible reduction of oil production in Russia under the framework of an agreement with OPEC will not affect oil and gas companies' plans to conduct exploration work, Russian Natural Resource Minister Sergei Donskoi said Tuesday.

On November 30, OPEC agreed for the first time since 2008 to impose an oil production ceiling totaling 32.5 million barrels per day in an effort to stabilize the global oil market and raise the prices. Non-OPEC countries that expressed a desire to participate in the agreement, including Russia, are expected to curtail oil production by a total of 600,000 barrels daily.

"In fact, it [deal] should not affect [exploration plans] because the volumes of exploration are currently long-term, and what is being carried out now will not be affected next year," Donskoi told journalists.
